This is Uncle U. We can't remember if the U is for Umberto, Ubaldo, or something else entirely, but dude's under a curse that changes him into a big scaly hairy thing every so often. He has no interest whatsoever in curing this, since it means he was able to set himself up as an island god and live the life of Riley. He's swimming in large-hipped island womens!
I cannot for the life of me remember when this is from, but it's probably Q2 2006 or maybe early 2007.
