Another new character I'm hoping to get off the ground. He's the 9th character to be introduced into the Zarel storyline.

Derek's personality is that he's not too much of a talker. He's kind of silent, shy, and strays from any large social groups or people he has never met. Also, being a Dialga, Derek is all about time, being on time, and a good planner.

Derek, like the other 8 (you saw this coming) is modular. He actually trained himself to be, and allow me to explain how. (thank you  Devilduk for this) What he did was that out of boredom he researched, and found out how some people had pulled it off. Warning: do NOT try this at home kids.

Derek started with the head. He read that tugging it about 30 minutes every hour would gradually make it give in. In about a month the bone would pop out and in another month the head would be successfully and safely detached, and could be reattached. As he did the same for other parts, (hands, feet, pelvic area [which was hard to do]) he trained to get his body to respond when headless. It took Derek about two years of his life to do so, and how he managed to keep up with school and other things while doing all this is beyond me. The only other side effect is that where the parts detach, similar to  AdamLeisemann 's Sepp Rennis, there is a darker blue line as a result of the tugging and pulling.

Derek's parents surprisingly react well to their son's newfound ability. His mother, when cooking, might get a hand (or rather an arm) reaching something. His father and him sometimes practice throwing a football around, since Derek also plays on the same football team as Aruseus. However, Derek is the ball, but he doesn't mind. Derek also has a little brother, Joe, about 15, who loves to just kick back with his bro, maybe play a video game or two, or maybe Joe will just play with his older bro's parts...no, not in THAT way... XD you perv.
