Possibly one of the most personal pieces I ever drew.

After his passing I came to the realiization that a lot of people have drawn Benji but somehow, never have I.

This picture was referenced off one of my all time favourite photos of him and almost completely hand-painted. besides the straw texture, I cheated with that, couldn't get that to look right at all.

This is in some way my tribute to those nearly 16 years I got to live with this dog.
