Gluttony occurs for many reasons. Sometimes, it is for desire. Sometimes, it is for a lack of willpower. And, in rare cases, it is for arcane fuel. For Davos Slate, a powerful practitioner of the demonic arts, gluttony mainly supports fuel - as well as a bit of pleasure. Davos’ flame-based magic is especially potent when he is... properly prepared. Or, in common terms, stuffed to the brim. Typically, the demon is rather thin and lean, but once he has his meal, his thin physique is offset by his large midsection. However, his belly rarely lasts for long, as his meal will be burned away by his fire-based rituals. The demonic warlock’s gluttonous practices are unusual, but not unheard of. However, those who truly know of this unique form of fire magic will not mock his swollen belly - they will fear it.
