Not by me. Theres several of these meerkats with drills in different places in Budapest. I thought they were awesome so got a photo of one and thought i'd upload it.
Anyone living in the UK who's seen the comparethemeerkat adverts may understand why a meer with a drill amused me so much.
All I could think about when I first saw one these was the main meerkats silly voice in those adverts

Looking at them they look more like stickers than stencils.
I always look out for Banksys stuff when i',m in the Uk though. have seen a few about. Saw some other great stencil work in Ipswich. Not banksy but still very cool. Me and a friend did a bit of our own in my locale too. Very low grade compared to stuff done by proper artists but we were damn proud I can tell you.
