After the last super sad drawing I decided to draw Kari in a more happy scenario. This takes place a few years later, and thanks to Shadi's help Kari changed quite a lot. He's happy, his self esteem is back stronger than ever, and thanks to the prosthetis Shadi commissioned for him he could even go back working as a blacksmith.
Sure, it was not easy, he had to practice twice as much as any other apprentice, but in the end he succeeded.
Sorry I pretty much disappeared in the past ten days, but I've been very busy both with my study and the new comic pages. I'm currently working on three pages at the same time (since they have the same color palette) so as you can imagine it will take a while.

Nice to see positive things like these too, that people still have a chance to come back up from bottom, even if not alone but with help of good friend. Something everyone should have! :)
Next up probably he figures out how to make a cool prosthetic limb for himself even? Even if current one already counts as something but still.
