Born to a taur mother, and an anthro father, Nevada was birthed in similar circumstances to other taurs, and definitely in the safest terms, since her mother was able to safely carry her.

Nevada’s parents were a hard-working type, working on a farm since the day that they got married, making a hefty investment in a farm, growing grains, mainly that of wheat. And of course, Nevada was given a large amount of work on the farm, starting from a reasonable age. She learned from a very young age to enjoy work, sporting a very strong work ethic, especially regarding manual labor. As well as this ethic, her parents passed on their values of hospitality, and patience.

These values can make her somewhat of a pushover, but she will only tolerate being walked over for so long, before she finally has enough of it, showing that her patience still has bounds. When it comes to random visits, even from strangers, she displays a rather cordial and inviting attitude, never letting suspicion stop her from welcoming someone into her, unless she deems it too risky.

After her parents inevitably passed away, the rest of her family shunned her, namely that of her father’s, who already disapproved of his choice to marry a taur. Whereas her mother’s family had already been distant, due to a combination of living across the country, and tensions between the father’s side. She eventually inherited the family farm, and continues to tend to it, making very respectable earnings, she wouldn’t call herself rich, but she admits that she is definitely very well-off.

This isolation takes a toll on her social life, and she is almost always looking for someone to call a long-term friend, or even a significant other.

A strange result of her birth is the fact that she was born a hermaphrodite, which is something that makes her sex life very confusing, although her identity still lies as a female, since she considers most of her physical traits feminine, as far as doctors can determine, it was a genetic defect, and will cause no physical detriment to her, even in the long term.
