When ever i'm working on doing any 3d furry stuff I feel like I'm wasting my time and should be drawing instead. Idk I guess it's just because I know I'm going to have to learn 3d modeling and what not for school so I might as well wait till I don't suck at it to use my limited free time doing it.

Yeah, it's hard to compare doing something that you're good at to struggling to learn something new. Especially when i'm working on stuff for the purpose of posting it and less just for learning. I feel like I would be more motivated if I knew how to rig a soft body model(I've only ever rigged a robot.) Then spending the time to developing a nice model would be worth the time.
