They are a mostly open species with guidelines. Most variations you will see are with (tails and limbs to match job), ears, and horns.

Oh and correct me if I'm wrong but they don't have genders to they? Or at least specific parts? I'm reading the information a bit and don't really see anything that really goes into detail about that.
