i think this is probably the best (that i can remember) feline/canine cross i've seen!

i like that it's not just a wolf with feline markings (or with just a feline tail or just ears or...), or visa versa. i know it's just a portrait, but i really enjoy the mix of creatures that's happening here! very heterogeneous mixing. you appear to have actually merged features instead of just picking and choosing if that makes sense...

I agree. Usually hybrids are just depicted but putting a few aspects from one with a few from the other. This image actually blends aspects of both rather than just mixing and matching. I approve of this :)

That's more or less what I was going for, I'm glad it worked!

I like plausible-looking hybrids much more than Frankenstein'd ones, though the latter can be fun on occasion... ^^

Awesome work and as I said before, I like how this generally blends both animals equally instead of just "Eh, it's a tiger with a wolf tail and ears.." or "It's a wolf with tiger stripes"
