While I picture most elves wearing clothes and leather, I super love the elven chain mail designs, because they are the most beautiful looking armor ever made. Not the coolest looking one, nor the best, but the most prettiest. Still, you can only see such at war times on War Elves! The common woodland elves prefer leather and clothing, capable to easily blend into the forest, if need to be.
