I couldn't let Halloween season pass without some kind of Hocus Pocus tribute. >:D This time, I decided to do a trio of portraits, each featuring one of the three Sanderson sisters, with the commissioner's character standing in as the actress playing the role.

Naturally, I started with Winifred, the outspoken leader of the bunch. She is being played here by 's Mizuki. Her costume was probably the most complex of the three, so I made the best use I could from movie stills and photos of the original costumes, with a little bit of creative license for the rest. I think it turned out marvelous!

Honestly, these cosplay kind of portraits are pretty fun. Its a challenge sometimes to find good refs for the costumes but its always interesting to see the character come alive on the page, with whatever new face you've given her. n_n
