So I drew the bird, or this is Ruko's togekiss form(Togeko), it's technically a bit more tanky then her otter form being at 5'6 feet and having a thicker coat of feather. If she throws up a wing quickly she will accidentally use light screen no matter the situation.

The form is physically male, and Ruko is confused by the slightly deeper voice. She doesn't practice in the form enough, but has least had the initiative before to figure out how to fall off of something, stay in the air....and learn how to crash land.

Ruko while the same person is a lot more panicky in this form. Her confidence from her dewott form does not stay and she is prone to freaking out. Especially while in the air and trying to fly. Despite this, her ability turns to serene and grace in this form. She's just not efficient enough to really make use of it yet.
