*THE PREVIOUS DAY*

Bill was panicking.
The construction work had been going so well...
When it suddenly collapsed. All of a sudden.
Every member of Big Arms Inc froze in shock, not understanding what was happening.
When sadistic cackles echoed through the dust of the new ruins, followed by two silhouettes.
Bill recognized them as Tornadus and Thundurus (after all this time with Al and Arceus, he learned much lore of the gods), and immediately sent Clyde (the fastest) to go and warn the Creator.
It had been five minutes already, and they weren't back.
And the two jerkass gods were not done, they were flipping all the equipment, taunting and sneering at the Big Arms Inc boys who could only yell insults at them.
Except Angus, who was frozen in place, staring at the scene, as if he had succumbed to a new breakdown.
And that was what made the Mega-Swampert panic. That eye was twitching awfully fast...
"Bill."
The called one was torn between relief at his father (figure) reacting, and worry at the sheer wrath in the Conkeldurr's voice, even though it was more flat than a table.
"...Yeah?"
"Bulk me up."
"Uh... I don't think that's a good i..."
"I SAID, BULK ME UP!!"
Bill gave in. You don't calm a storm with words.
