The Tigers have males available to them. The Dragons found a way to make an elixir that allows them to fertilize eggs without the need for a male, so the dudes took a hike.

Ouch.... So the males in this story are just nothing either tools or dead weight? Cuz that's really harsh...

If I remember right, males of the dragons didn't agree with the war, leaving long ago. Females just found a way to reproduce. FUN FACT: there is actually a specie of lizard that its all female and the reproduce by rubbing one another.
