The last cartoon on this page is new art. When I originally did the series, I skipped over whatever happened between Walter's nest, and Kathy waking up in the back of Fred's car at the airport, in the interest of getting the story moving (and because I had no inspiration for what happened in the interim.)
Then when I wrote Fred's Diary, I filled in some of the blanks, including a scene where he has to knock Kathy out with tranquilizers in order to kidnap her.
I am going to create new art to fill in this blank in the comic strip, with a few changes--like instead of using tranqs on her, she's just so tired she falls into a heavy slumber--and I'm going to run the series on Patreon, as a thank you incentive to the $5-and-up patrons for letting me include the $1 patrons in the early bird cartoon reward tier.
When the "Carry On" comic book comes out, the new art will be included in its "rightful place."

Thank you. The hard part was trying to match the earlier style so it doesn't look "new."
I don't think I managed it. I discovered that besides more detail in the shadowing technique I use, I'm also making the characters larger in the panels--not so many full-body shots.
