Here's a question when a Digimon has small things added to him like the scarf and buckles do you think that effects their code for evolution? Sorta like Aguman from season 1 and Data Squad?

If you want my opinion, I wouldn’t think so, simply because said objects aren’t physically a part of them, same as when the kids biomerged with their digmon in Tamers. Anything that wasn’t permanently a part of them, like clothes, for example, would disappear temporarily, only to come back once their partner’s energy ran out, like in the final episode of Tamers. Long story short, no, I personally don’t think that anything added to a digimon would affect their code. That’s just my opinion though, so feel free to take it with a grain of salt.
