The gun part of the animation is so smooth, just like you said it'd be when you were getting everything together. Not quite 3D but oh it tricks the eyes just so well.

looks good, very smooth. the main body of the tail seems like it might be a bit quick like the wind is affecting the tail more than it should. the fluff tip looks good

If I may suggest up in the air~, wouldn't the tail actually wiggle? I mean... tails don't stay still so perfectly right? 0:

Especially with such a floofy tip, I'd be swaying it left and right all the time!

Wonderful as always! The only criticism I could give (if you're open to it, of course) is to slow the hair and make the base of the tail a bit more stable. Other than that, I'd say it's perfect!
