The ShockTroopers are a group of Soldiers that are highly trained and skilled in there arts
There also a group of Soldiers that are not made the needs for a SuperSoldier, however with training and learn they become them soon as Shocktroopers

ShockTroopers have lower grade but more customization armor then that over SuperSoldiers as well have custom rifle and sidearm to fit there needs too
