Well, From looking at a lot of Ghost Pokemon Girls, I see a lot of Gothic-Lolita types, so I was kinda branching out from the rest by Giving this Ghost/Flying Type Pokemon Girl a kind of a Genie-Girl Theme on her design. XD
Truth to be told, This was kinda hard to think of how to design her, coming from that she was an inanimate-object-type Pokemon. (A Hot-Air Balloon Pokemon to be exact.) xD But I'm glad that she came out great in the end. :D I hope that you'll like her. XD
