You’re partially right.
The techniques pictures here are “Rokushiki” (or “Six Styles”). A highly advanced martial art that is “equivalent to weapons”, used primarily by the Marines and Cipher Pol agencies from One Piece.
Featured here are the styles “Geppo” (moonwalk) Rankyaku (storm-leg) and Shigan (finger pistol)
“Shigan” in particular can actually be a ranged technique among particularly skilled users.
In other words, you can jab with such force, that you can fling a small ‘bullet’ of air with the same piercing power as a rifle round.

I didn't get it at first, cause I just saw it on my phone, but after looking on my comp I totes see it!
Geppo, the "skywalk" or "moonwalk" ability of kicking off the air, then there's rangyaku or "storm leg" I think it's called, which causes a badass crescent blade of kinetic energy to slice through objects, and finally Shigan or the "Finger Gun" ability, but this one looks like the Oren variant used by the badass Leopard himself, NICE!
Also, as much as I love Lucci, for some reason Jyabura made his way into my heart first. XD

Rob Lucci's personal version was called "speckles" where he could do it with both hands at once. (in addition to being having that "secret" technique where he could throw shock waves with his fists)

I do love Kaku, but he's somewhere between Lucci and Jyabura. I like how Kaku's the understudy that became the 2nd strongest. But I just have a soft spot for the underdog...er underwolf I suppose. XD
