man, i absolutely love when people draw backgrounds smaller than the actual figure in the picture. i don't know if there's a technical term for it, but i've always wished for a steady hand or a cooperative art program i don't suck at that'd allow me to do that x)

i love the shades in this though, blue to yellow has to be one of my favorite color transitions-- and the lil' guy is just squishable. nice work, makes me want to go traditional again.

I also love how the banister kinda goes out of the boundaries of the night sky. Makes the sky's colors stand out more and just brings more to the piece.
