Jim or Jim "Tech" Walker is my own character based off Tech E Coyote in a way hes a genius inventor like Tech however Jim is a country boy with a southern droll and works for the militery who in turn pay him really well and yes Jim is a coyote also i think hes older than Tech E Coyote by 5 years. i draw this because i wanted to see my two boys talking about gaggets~!
