Auran sees Siel's soul crying out for help as his body is taken over by a dark force and making himself a mindless monster. Auran tries to reason with Siel but he's too far gone so he sends out a ghostly form of himself inside Siel's mind and sees his innocent soul not able to fight the dark force and tries to help soothe him from the pain of the dark energy and help combat to free his body from this dark energy.
