One thing New Mexico is famous for is it's roasted chili.
This Chili cooker was on display at one of the food stands an Expo New Mexico.
A friend of mine were joking about how it looked like a mummy, hence the name "Mummified Chili Cooker"

You know, I really dig the artistic nature of this. I mean, it's a chili cooker, but someone clearly decided they didn't have to just settle for a boring and practical design when they could make it in the image of a giant horse sculpture. In fact, when I first saw this photo, I thought it was a giant horse sculpture, until the filename (MummifiedChiliCooker.jpg) implied that the thing might actually have a use, too.
