I was not listing moves she has.
I would guess her move set contains a lot more electric type moves.
And a lot more, you know, actual pokemon moves.
It was more of a plan on how to deal with Milo.
But perhaps you already knew this, and I merely misunderstood your reaction, in which case, oh. Whoops.
I'm not sure Rock Smash would work in this situation. It doesn't disintegrate the rocks, after all, does it? Merely crumbles them into smaller rocks, which might send fragments flying all over the place, potentially injuring her parents, or further burying her mother. I'm sure Bo will be able to free her in time.
I guess Rock Smash might help afterward, to clear the path and let them team up again. But who knows what else Milo has planned. It seems better to just hurry forward, and confront him as soon as possible.
