Quirk the Rotom and Raine the Goodra are fellow students and teammates of e-chan and Rize at the Pokemon Academy.

Quirk was blackmailed by Sugar of Team Diva into being her gopher by lying to her, making her think that she was responsible for a blackout that happened in the area. She became friends with e-chan when he offered to help smooth things over with campus authorities about the blackout, as long as she promised to break her ties with Sugar. Quirk is a very energetic and sweet girl; what she lacks in pure strength she makes up for in her resourcefulness and her natural abilities. Because of the odd way that she got involved with e-chan, Quirk now loves to be babied by him, much to the annoyance of Rize.

Raine was a new student who arrived at the Pokemon Academy the same time as e-chan and Rize but had the misfortune of naively walking into a Team Diva scam, losing all of her possessions and made to humiliate herself to pay back the ridiculous debt she found herself in. By chance, e-chan and Rize happened to meet her in that current state and they came to her defense, which in turn inspired Evie and then Rukia to also come to her defense, ending with Team Diva having to release her from their scam and return her possessions. Raine is a very affectionate person and won't hesitate to show you how she feels by giving you a goopy, smothering hug, often forgetting just how much larger and heavier she is than the one she is thanking.
