Actually, those are "Hobgoblins". (I watch "Goblin Slayer" and "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime", too.) The one on the left, from the slime anime, started out as a small Goblin, but then he evolved/changed into a Hobgoblin after the slime Rimuru named him. And that big one on the right, from Goblin Slayer, was always a Hobgoblin (it served as a guard for the Goblins).
