heh, well although this wasn't 'technically' made fer Howl-O'-ween, thought I'd change the name ta somethin' appropriate... so fer this yer gonna need...

ingredients:

1 large can of greens (I used turnip greens but feel free ta go with preferences)
1 can of diced potatoes
1 half of a white onion (diced)
3 pork sausages (sliced)
3 strips of bacon (sliced)
3 chunks from a cut of pork (diced...was leftovers heh )

seasonings:
Nature's Seasonings
Garlic powder
parsley flakes

directions:

In a medium sauce pot take the can of potatoes, drained of it's water, or feel free ta dice up 1 white potato instead, add in the onions and season ta preferences an cook on medium heat.

While this is cookin' ya wanna take a medium skillet an toss in the sausage, bacon an diced pork an cook this till nice an browned (pic 2)

When the meat has browned, scoop it out ta lessen whatever leftover grease there may be an add this to the potatoes then add in the greens an stir, cookin' till it bubbles then serve...

Pooor lil' piggies done died in the swamp an their meat's practically 'rotted' from their potato 'bones' but at least they gave their lives so ya can enjoy their sacrifice... so if ya give this a try, hope ya enjoy it as much as I did :)
