It was included in the compilation Taito Legends 2 for the PS2/Xbox/PC but that's the only way that I know of to play it outside of locating an original arcade cabinet (setting aside the less legal means lol.)

I think that it's always been fairly obscure to be honest. It was basically released at a time when beat-'em-ups were becoming less popular in arcades than one-on-one fighting games like Street Fighter II. It's still a pretty fun game though, and kinda similar to some others such as Capcom's two Dungeons and Dragons arcade games and King of Dragons for example. =3
