this simple tape gags look cool and gives one interesting possibilities of drawing facial expressions

That said, great work! Especially with the tape gag, and the shapes on it representing the parts of the mouth (and teeth) under the gag.
The atmosphere is also great, with the rain and the dragon's facial expression telling the story.
Also, big muscular dragon in distress!
I may have added a set of ropes around his arms, his belly and his back, and tying them to the pole to restrain him more (since he's admittedly pretty strong), but it's pretty good the way it is

Poor guy... in my different senses...

An oppressive atmosphere and perhaps reflecting on Fafnir's status, utterly without autonomy and completely humiliated with a feeling of complete isolation and only a deep melancholy for company. Though perhaps the slaver wants to ensure that this dragon's spirit is thoroughly broken with the reason being that his sale has been pre-arranged but the buyer had very specific instructions regarding just what condition they wanted the dragon to be in. The label was a ruse and though he believes otherwise he's not for sale per se, just being left there until his new owner will come to fetch him at which point he's intended to be thoroughly docile and broken, all to willing to accept his new mistress and respond with utmost gratitude to even the smallest kindnesses and to allow her to remould him in her chosen image, her pet and her devoted bodyguard and companion. In just a few hours she'll be arriving once the rain is over and Fafnir is at his lowest ebb and on first seeing him the mistress discovers she does still possess some small spark of empathy or compassion and perhaps Fafnir will find that fate intends freedom for him after all.
