Just over 120 years ago, there were six warriors, six magicians, and a thirteenth. After the rebellion of the western aliance, they were the ones who founded Black 13, and were the predecessors to the Blackcoats, the thirteen most cunning and able members, who wear the glyph of the order on their black or violet coats and armor to signify their ability.
Over the years, the thirteen Blackcoats have changed as successors arrived to take the place of those who left, and the original six warriors and magicians have long since died. But though her position has long since been claimed by others, the original thirteenth Blackcoat, Dritzen Gunhilda, is said to be, somehow, still alive.
