Finally finished Bearly, in time for Halloween as well as PAWcon this weekend! I bought the bear back in February when it got marked down after Valentine's Day specifically to make him into a suit. Bearly was the name of a beloved childhood Build-a-bear (founding bear iirc) that got recalled due to its loose plastic nose, though he looks more like BAB's Bearemy mascot.

How I modified it:
I put a zipper in the back
I put a foam fursuit headbase shell inside the head to keep away fluff and line up my head with the eyebrows, which I see out of
I made a onesie out of turtle print fabric to keep the fluff away without making me too hot
I bought a cooling vest
I commissioned fursuit sandals
