Offhand these three would get along fairly well.
Snoopy is a devotee of classic art (He owns a Van Gogh) and as an aspiring novelist would be able to talk shop with Brian (also an aspiring writer).
Snoopy is also an amateur historian (his many fantasies of WW1 needed a solid knowledge of history) which gives him a place to enjoy Peabody's company.
Brian is also rather used to super geniuses with inexplicable English accents that possess time travel and poor judgement on who should have access to it, giving him a place to stand with Peabody.
