HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY!
Here we have my take on Pearl,also known as "Poil", from the 90's cartoon "The Spooktacular New Adventures of Casper", as in Casper the Friendly Ghost. Not sure about canon, but I have her down as perishing in the 1930's, and has since then learned how to alter her body with her ghost powers. Here we see what she would look like at age 20.
Here are a couple of episodes which showcases her a bit. I find her quite cute and amusing.
