From the perspective and the expression on the face and what she's doing with her hand, I get more a feeling in the picture of "Oh no! I've been spotted! In a diaper!" Rather than she had an accident, which already being in a diaper I'd assume she'd suspect would happen sooner or later

I especially liked how the background is done as it's wide at the bottom and as you go toward the upper right it shrinks and narrows. Fav'in

lol yeah if the enemies can hear you trip a noise wire from across the level, i can pretty much promise she wont get that far wearing a crinkly diaper.
