Inspired by a commission of 
wes13, we have the lovely Rachel Groves on the wrong enough of an air pump. It got shoved into her maw and now, air is being pumped into her. It's certainly giving her quite the seductive form, turning her into a Southern Belle Babs, based off "Fields of Honey". Despite the surprise, Rachel/Babs seems to really enjoy it~
