Kelbyryg, Dragonlord of Drakonia

And Kelbyryg is a pure example of draconian power, might, and dominance. One the most powerful Dragonlords in the history of Paeonia, he's will over the dragons is only matched by the other five Lords. Each lord governors the six elements of mortal Khaos Plane: Fire, Earth, Water, Ice, Lighting, and Aether.
