Pardonne: "Lady Felisha! Master lets you know that you're late!"
Felisha: "Traffic was worse than I thought and I ended up rushing back when I saw that Pardonne's vitals dro- YOU EVOLVED?! AND CAN TALK?!
Pardonne: "Apparently. Everything simply turned black for a moment and Master was cr-"
Yanuna: "ZERA-! HISSSSSSS!!!"
Felisha: "Y-you were so cute and small but now you... you looks so- HOW DID THOSE OVERSIZED THINGS EVEN COME ABOUT!? It doesn't- They don't make any sense!"
Yanuna: "Zera zera- ora."
Pardonne: "Master is saying that he has no idea either but that you're the brainiac that asked him to train me. Also says that the meat sockets that grew under my chest are heavy."
Felisha: "I see you two were having fun... worrying me for nothing... Guess this is something else to pour sleepless nights of research into."

Ah ah, I knew it ! It also explains the glowing effect on Pardonne's paw at page 11 - I thought it was just some metaphorical glitter to symbolize his love for her, but nah, she was just evolving ! Only one question remains... how did she end up with airbags this size ?
I totally understand Felisha's shock. You had a cute little girl and now she suddenly grew to a full size femme fatale ! :') But still as adorable as ever, what better conclusion could we reach~ ?

Felisha's the voice of reason and scientist at hear so of course she'd be lost as all hell =v=
