This is Tea!

Tea is an ability-stealing triceratops. She can take on other's abilities or sometimes even physical traits, removing them from the creature she stole them from. Usually, she isn't able to keep more than a few traits at once and can't keep them for a long period of time, though.

She can steal only a single trait from one individual, by simply grabbing onto that body part and holding it for a few seconds. She has to give her existing traits to others before she can get a new one of the same kind, at least easily. For example, she has to give up her tail to get another one. She could have two different tails if she wanted, but it's a lot harder to do while keeping the other. She can also give up that body part or trait and not replace it, which puts it back to her normal triceratops state.

Another limitation is that her own ability becomes weaker the more traits/abilities (especially abilities) she takes on, which is why she can only have so many at once.

Her usual form is her natural triceratops body overall, with the addition of dragon wings and the fuzzy neck of an owl, allowing her to swivel her head around 180 degrees.
