Cardinal resides in a valley cut off from the world. Strange creatures reside here, some of which are descendants of creatures thought to be extinct. Cardinal is the descendant of one these ancient dinosaurs, evolved to be more humanoid and have hoofed toes. His people tend to stick to the cliffsides in cavernous tribes. They come in many colors, but they are all born a single shade. As they age, they have the chance to grow feathers of different colors to both attract mates and to show their dominance. The forests are extremely dense, the vegetation being forced to grow in a limited amount of space. Most clearings found are either watering holes or artificially made by other humanoid bipedal creatures.
