Not sure. As our society has never functioned like that, or previous societies. Either we become land won by a war, or we slowly die out only for another society to thrive. The way it's gone for 15k years.

yeah but actually "research" and "advance" it is aim just towards to one thing "war" so thats why I say that if someday stuff like this become real it would be in a apocalitic age , after all the human being just live to destroy think about it , resources , nature , animals even his own life
