Though maybe it's because it seemed like Silvia was a lot larger in some older pics. Or maybe my memory's slipping.

That might be it but something to keep in mind is that actual 500 lb women don't normally look 500 lbs, to me anyway.

Hopefully I found it with this design, with her head being more proportioned, I can probably give a wider (haha) range of expressions.
