No, she definitely can't roll onto her back. She can barely even move, and only with the help of her natural buoyancy in water at that. However, you can always dive underwater and see her enormous belly that way! Imagine her as sort of like an iceberg, she can use that huge belly and rump to anchor herself in place in shallower areas.
