The T2BF is a compact and easy to use flamethrower solution with military and industrial applications in mind.
Opting out of using a traditionally bulky backpack, the T2BF instead utilises exchangeable fuel and propellant canisters that attach directly onto the handheld unit.
This significantly simplifies the system to the extent that it only requires a single operator to both use and reload the weapon.
The T2BF is able to produce a burn time of up to 8 seconds long and has an effective firing range of 20 to 30 metres, making the T2BF a must for any team clearing enemy fortified positions or biological hazards.
*Note* The burn time and effective range are liable to change depending on what fuel and/or propellant is used.

The Flamethrower Mk.1 from Payday 2 was indeed the inspiration behind this weapon.
However, a sufficient portion of the weapon deviates from the original design.
On top of that, it doesn't bare the same name or "lore" as their weapon.
Meaning that it doesn't infringe on OVERKILL's design copyright/trademark.
I hope that clears things up.

Interesting idea for a flamer that is designed to be held like a rifle, wish I had thought of it, but I think that weight distribution and pushback are going to be issued if the media used is fluid-based.
This could be fixed by adding an optional diagonal gun-to-hip angled grip that can be folded out or slid on with a tactical rail, but that's me using human proportions as assumptions for baseline.
Hiding the fuel canisters in the stock-space is genius though, solves a lot of spacing and lateral balance issues that I see with other self-contained designs.
For example, CRSPR from Deep Rock Galactic which has its tank tied down onto the right-hand side, which would be a pain in the ass to deal with as it would shift the gun's center of mass in such a way that the damn thing would be constantly learning on the user's legs. Your T2BF has both a smaller profile and amazing mass balancing in this regard and would do well in controlled rifle-like bursts.
That being said, if you want to hose a room with this thing it should be holdable in a hosing position.
