And I know it sounds a little sexual (okay maybe more than a little), and the picture is kinda suggestive :B but the song isn't at all, nor does it even really have a similar mood to the picture. I just picked it because it seemed to work :B so judge me not the song XD
the scratchy line stuff can be taken off, so if enough people want to see it without them I might change it :B

Kay there are two different ones you can do: the one I have in the background of my pic or a different one I didn't use in the picture. For the one I used you go to filter -->pixelate-->color halftone then raise the desired radius a bit.
for the other one, go to filter-->sketch-->halftone pattern and you need to play around with that one a bit because it kinda gets annoying :B
