Dr. (or Lieutenant Colonel if you prefer) Cyrus Grissom is a cardiovascular surgeon with a penchant for control, and a low regard for those who disinterest him. His skill as a surgeon made him a highly sought-after commodity within the Army, including by some unsavory individuals higher up the chain of command, hired him to assassinate certain patients by sabotaging their body during surgery - making the death after an operation seem natural and unrelated to their surgery. He became so adept at the practice he was able to estimate the approximate date and time of the victim’s death. However, due to the ineptitude of a corrupt General who hired him, he was caught, and spent 14 years in military jail before he was exonerated, through the efforts of an unlikely ally.
After his time in prison, he set out to avenge the time that was taken from him, intent on committing heinous acts against his accuser and her family.
