So if you look closely, the background is from the actual Unity HTH game. I toned it down to fit with the others I drew here. Also the story this came from will discontinue since someone who I was making it for seems to be finished with it. They'll be missing out on the rest of the story along with another one.

Love on Island
Slow Month
The month of November came in and nothing but Thanksgiving was going to happen during this time of the year. Since so many people living on the island were from the United States, it was celebrated and recognized. For Jack, since he was the son of Nicholas and Rio who were two from that country, the Bruno family would be visiting her folks who were visiting the island. The fosky was also going to do a face time with his folks as well. His eldest son was looking forward to it as not only were Paul and Fran fun to be around, it meant a week off from school. Alexis was a bit different. Since her mother was from a place that didn’t know about it that was one reason why the sea otter family wouldn’t be celebrating it. Another was that her father being a different island native didn’t recognize it. However, the sea otter family used the day as one to spend time together and think about the things they were thankful for. His daughter was fine with it as even during this time she would still have fun and maybe run into Jack.
Right now it found the two children sitting on the beach where their school happened and sitting with the water to the side of them. “So what will you do this break?” she asked the little folfsky.
“Spend it with my family,” he replied. “I can’t wait to get to my grandparents’ house!”
“Oh… yeah, you have the big lunch on that day.”
“Do you?” the male asked but in a nice way.
“No… my daddy and mom were raised without Thanksgiving.”
“Not everyone does what my family does here,” Jack said, and Alexis turned to him to see he was actually giving her a kind smile. “Look at some of our native friends here. They don’t and they’re still fine. You are as well.”
The little sea otter sent one back at him. “Thank you…” the female replied softly. She was feeling better now.
The time then came and both children did see each other over the week break. But then on Thanksgiving, Jack and Alexis spent it with their families. For the little sea otter, she had a fun day with her mother, daddy, and older brother as the sea otter family went out on their boat for fun in the water. As for the little folfsky, he had fun with his grandparents at their guest house. The table had been set with a wonderful meal. Nicholas did facetime his folks before they began to eat. Paul and Fran were just delighted to have them over. Even Rio’s sister Farrah who by this point was married to Patrick and pregnant with their first child were here to celebrate. It was a time of family and all over the island the feeling of thanks was in the air as almost everyone did it with their families or with the ones they loved like family. But then with the celebrations over, the feeling of December and what it would bring came quickly. And that would be a fun month.
