I guess this could be red wolf fur..I dunno.
Just something I was fooling around with on ArtRage 2.5, Photoshop Elements and PhotoImpact X3. I may have used Paint.NET too..but I'm not totally sure.
I know the hairs don't look individual as their supposed to. >.< I tried as hard as I could to make them as separated as possible.
