This year, finally, for Halloween we watched Hocus Pocus! And we loved it! So, here's our tribute fanart: the Sanderson sisters, Winifred, Mary e Sarah. We loved these witches <3 Oh, and there's also Thackery Binx, the cat.

I am very sorry to hear this. I am no expert, but isn`t Halloween originally Catholic in nature? I am surprised that it is not more popular in the heartland of Roman Catholicism. Why do you think is Halloween not so popular in beautiful Italy? I have seen that it is on the rise in Switzerland, which is a neighboring country of yours.
This is incorrect. Although this is largely spread through the media in the West, Halloween is actually rooted in Christianity, not in any particular form of indigenous Celtic religion. The historical evidence is actually pretty straightforward:

Halloween is not Pagan, my dude. The Holy Roman Imperials celebrated a similar feast ("Allerheiligen") ages before the term "Halloween" was even coined. The idea that Halloween is Pagan is a 20th Century myth. Take a look at this book:
https://books.google.de/books?id=VBRRAAAAcAAJ&pg=PP1&dq=Allerheiligen&hl=de&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiw87XpoJ7lAhUIb1AKHQywABcQ6AEIOTAC#v=onepage&q=Allerheiligen&f=false
Please note the similarities between modern day Halloween and Allerheiligen: people dress up and walk through the streets to knock at doors to ask for food. Carved pumpkins are used as decoration and the people go the mass at midnight. Does this sound familiar?
The "Reichskirche" ("Imperial Church" the term refers to the Roman Catholic Church) organized the day. Please note that the Bishop himself is himself a fan of the feast. It does strike me that your Roman Catholics have forgotten their own history, because it was the "Imperial Church" which not only allowed and celebrated Halloween, but largely propagated it in Roman Catholic regions. Please note that the objections come from the Protestants who call the feast "Heidnisch wie die ganze verfluchte, papistische Kirche" ("Pagan like the whole cursed papal church"). It may be possible that the idea that Halloween is Pagan originally stems from the anti-Catholic propaganda. Either way, there is zero evidence that Halloween comes from G
Paganism but excellent evidence that it is a Roman Catholic feast.
